Alex Sacerdote is the Founder, CEO, and Portfolio Manager of Whale Rock Capital Management, a Boston-based global equity manager focused on the Technology, Media and Telecom sectors.

Whale Rock invests in public and late-stage private investments and manages long/short, long-only, and hybrid equity strategies.

Prior to founding Whale Rock in 2006, Alex was with Fidelity Investments (1999-2006) as an equity analyst and Sector Portfolio Manager, primarily focusing on technology.

Alex received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1999 and his BA from Hamilton College in 1994. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees and Investment Committee of Hamilton College and the Board of Trustees at The Steppingstone Foundation.
