Demond Martin

Demond Martin, an investor, author, and philanthropist, co-founded WellWithAll, a company promoting health equity for Black, Brown, and underserved communities. Emphasizing “inclusive capitalism,” WellWithAll reinvests 20% of profits into initiatives addressing community-specific health disparities. Demond aims to enhance wellness by tackling issues like heart health, sleep, and Vitamin D deficiency, using a collaborative “for the culture” approach to empower communities. 

Before WellWithAll, he was a senior partner at Adage Capital Management and served in the White House under President Clinton. Alongside his wife Kia, he advocates for closing racial injustice gaps through education and healthcare. Demond has served on several nonprofit boards and authored his upcoming book, Friends of the Good, releasing in late 2025.
