Ian H. Charles is co-managing partner and founder at Arctos Partners, overseeing investment strategy, firm governance, and investor relations.

Before forming Arctos Partners, he was a partner at Landmark Partners, contributing to private equity strategy and infrastructure investment committees. At Landmark he helped build the firm’s quantitative research group and structured large liquidity transactions.
