Meghan Joyce
Meghan Verena Joyce is co-founder and CEO of Duckbill Technologies, Inc., a consumer tech startup, a role she has held since April 2022, and also serves as an independent director of select high-growth organizations in the healthcare and consumer space. Previously, from September 2019 to April 2022, Joyce served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Platform at Oscar Health, a high-growth health tech and health insurance company, where she led operations, technology, clinical, marketing, and new business lines.
Prior to joining Oscar Health, from 2013 to 2019, Joyce held several leadership roles at Uber Technologies, most recently as Regional General Manager of the United States and Canada. Joyce previously served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the United States Department of the Treasury, an investor at Bain Capital, and a consultant at Bain & Company.
Joyce currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Boston Beer Company. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. degree in History from Harvard College.
