Rob Hale
Rob Hale is co-founder and President of Granite Telecommunications. Since 2002, Granite has grown from a start-up to $1.7 billion in annual revenue. The company employs over 2,000 teammates and supports communications for many Fortune 100 companies and governmental entities. From 2022 to 2024, Granite donated more than $200 million to charities and was recognized as the most generous company in Massachusetts.
Dedicated philanthropists, Rob and his wife, Karen, are among the top 25 largest donors in the United States. They have held or hold Board roles at Boston Children’s Hospital, Deerfield Academy, Connecticut College, and other organizations.
Rob owns FoxRock Properties, founded Copley Equity Partners, and is an owner and Director of the Boston Celtics.
