Shou Zi Chew is the Chief Executive Officer of TikTok and the Chief Financial Officer of ByteDance. Mr. Chew partners with the company's management team to drive global growth and lead corporate governance. He has been a member of the TikTok family since its inception, first having led a team of ByteDance's early investors. Previously, Mr. Chew served as the Executive Director, President-International & SVP at Xiaomi Corp. He was also a Partner at DST Global. Mr. Chew received an undergraduate degree from University College London and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
