Rudina Seseri is Founder and Managing Partner of Glasswing Ventures, which specializes in AI-powered enterprise and IT software, cloud technology and vertical markets. Ms. Seseri has experience in investing and operations for high-growth companies. She is an Executive Fellow and Rock Venture Capital Partners inaugural member at Harvard Business School. Ms. Seseri was recognized as Startup Boston's 2022 Investor of the Year and in Venture Capital Journal’s 2023 Women of Influence. She chairs Boston Children's Philanthropic Board of Advisors and serves as a Meadowbrook School of Weston trustee. Ms. Seseri earned her MBA from Harvard Business School.
