Jeff Lawson is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Twilio, a company bringing communications into the world of software. Prior to Twilio, he was co-founder and CTO of NineStar; founding CTO of Stubhub.com; co-founder, CEO and CTO of Versity and one of the first product managers for Amazon Web Services. Mr. Lawson grew up in Detroit, started his first event video production company at age 12 and graduated from the University of Michigan. He is a father of two young boys, enjoys photography, and makes time to hack on new software and hardware projects.
